  • How do we communicate?

    You will be given my direct email and phone. In addition , each client has a dedicated Microsoft To-Do List they can add items to, create deadlines and add comments. Evernote is used to share different materials needed.

  • How do I keep track of my hours?

    You will be sent a weekly progress report each Friday. The report will include project progress, hours spent and hours remaining.

  • Do my hours roll over if I don't use all of them each month?

    Hours will roll over for up to 30 days of each billing cycle.

  • What happens if I go over my allotted hours?

    I will notify you when you have 2 hours left in your monthly package. You have two options: you can add on additional hours at a rate of $55 per hour or you can pause service until your package renews at the beginning of your billing cycle.

  • How safe is my information?

    I have a dedicated VPN for VA work exclusively. In addition, each client has a LastPass account where private information is kept securely. Any personal information is kept directly on this account, never on a PC.

  • Is there a start up fee?

    Absolutely not! You will only be charged for the monthly, hourly or project plan you choose.

  • How do you bill?

    Bills are sent directly to your email monthly. They will include a link to pay directly. I also accept Venmo, Paypal and Apple Direct Pay.

  • What is your refund policy?

    I try to make sure that every client is satisfied as possible. However, once a membership fee is processed I am unable to grant refunds not including exceptions stated in the TOS. If you plan on discontinuing membership you can cancel before the next cycle begins.

  • How do I unsubscribe from my membership?

    You can cancel service at any time by email or call before your next billing cycle begins.
